Which of your services is best for me?

I’m delighted that you’re interested in working with Nova Efficiency. The majority of our customers hire me as their General Administrator or for a consultation. It’s difficult to say what will fit best, so feel free to reach out via this form or book a FREE 20-minute coffee date. 

What services do you provide?

What is your refund/termination policy?

Services Termination policy:
All services are for a minimum of 3 months. After that, services can be terminated with a calendar month’s notice via email.

Digital Product/courses Refund Policy:
Given the nature of downloadable digital items, I do not offer a refund or credit on any purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

(Initial) Payment is always via a payment link that will be provided to you or PayPal.
In case of monthly services, you will receive an invoice before every service period, which needs to be paid via bank transfer, PayPal or payment link, if desired, before the start of the new service period.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

I’m sorry to see you go. You can click on the unsubscribe button in the footer of every email message. 

I have a product I'd like you to promote. How do I do that?

I appreciate that you want to work with me and I review all new requests personally, however, I do not accept everyone.
Please review my site to ensure that your product is something my audience would be interested in. When contacting me, please share your ideas on how you would like this partnership to work. Include URLs to view the product. If you feel we are a good match, please send an email with “JV Partnership/ Collaboration” in the subject line and I will get back to you within a week. 

Where is my email with the download link?

First, please make sure that you have submitted your e-mail address correctly for delivery purposes.
Second, please check your email “SPAM/Junk” folder to see if the e-mail has been held by your anti-spam filters. The delivery e-mail was sent to you from Nova Efficiency, “getintouch@novaefficiency.com.”
